1Host the match

Four steps: the match, its disciplines and scoring, the entries, then a review. Shoot at one range, at several ranges together, or inside a submission window, with Sporter or Precision air rifle.

2Register and check in

Register anyone, or let athletes and teams register and pay entry fees through Stripe. One console shows who is registered, checked in and on a relay, and what needs attention. The check-in desk works on a phone at the range door.

3Run of show

Relays, stages and venues on one page, grouped by discipline: when each relay fires, its course of fire, how full the line is and where its stages stand.

4Set the squads

Each team as a squad sheet: who counts in each discipline, whether every team has its scorers, and which team leads.

5Publish results

Standings update as shots arrive. Matches with more than one discipline get overall standings, the official score follows the match's scoring mode, and team scores count the best N of M.

For teams and families

Team messaging, encrypted end to end

Team chats come from your roster. Messages, photos and files are encrypted on each person's device before they leave it.

Keys stay on the device

Falken's servers carry messages they cannot read. A chat that isn't encrypted yet says so and why, usually because someone in it hasn't opened Messages yet.

Parents are in the room

Every conversation with an athlete under 18 includes their linked parents or guardians, who can read it. Without a linked guardian, an athlete under 18 can message only teammates and coaches.

Photos and files too

Send photos and files in any chat, encrypted the same way. Each of your devices gets its own keys.

Add an athlete under 13 and their guardian gets an invite code by email.

Uniforms and graduates

Switch the roster to clothing sizes for an order sheet. Graduates move to Former athletes instead of being deleted.

A season produces more than scores. Team photographs, awards nights, waivers, rulebooks, travel itineraries — Nexus Web keeps all of it with your organization, and you decide exactly who sees each item.

Media Library

Albums and a date-grouped timeline for the photographs that belong to your program, not to one match. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or AVIF up to 25 MB each. Tag athletes, coaches, matches, and practices, and match-day photographs land in an album bound to that competition.

Document Library

Folders for the paperwork every team runs on: waivers, rulebooks, rosters, itineraries, and forms. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text, images, or zip archives up to 50 MB. One place your athletes and their guardians already know to look.

Coaches, admins, and officers. The default for everything you upload.

Only the teams you pick. The varsity travel packet stays with varsity.

Public

Published on your organization's Falken page for anyone to see.

Restricted content answers "not found" rather than "forbidden", so nobody learns what they are not cleared to see.

A photograph goes public only when every athlete tagged in it has a media release on file with your organization, and athletes can always see the photographs they are tagged in. Their image, their call.

The same pages in the Nexus app

Nexus Web and the Nexus app share their pages, so a roster built at a desk is the same roster on a phone at the range. The app adds what needs a device: running electronic targets and working offline.
