Match management and live scoring for competitive marksmanship
Falken, Ltd. makes Nexus: software that runs rifle matches from registration to results, captures every shot live from electronic scoring targets, and lets coaches, athletes and families follow each one as it lands.
One platform
- Registration, relays and results
- Live shots from electronic targets
- Every shot, visible to coaches and families
- Training history that follows the athlete
What Falken does for a rifle program
Run the match, score it live, and keep every result with the athlete.
JROTC marksmanship programs
Run three-position air rifle matches (3×10 and 3×20, kneeling, prone and standing) for sporter and precision classes, and keep every cadet's scores in one place.
JROTC marksmanship softwareRun the whole match
Registration and entry fees, relays and squadding, courses of fire, then results that move from provisional to verified to final.
NexusLive electronic scoring
Connect freETarget, SIUS or MegaLink electronic scoring targets to Nexus Desktop, and each shot appears on scoreboards and athlete pages as it's fired.
Nexus Desktop
Demo dataFictional athlete and match: the public athlete page in iPhone Safari during a live match. No app or login needed.
Follow every shot
During a live match, anyone with the link can open an athlete's page on their phone and watch each shot land on the target, with the series score adding up as they go.
Why it matters
A coach behind the line sees the group forming and spots a drift before the series ends. Families who couldn't travel follow the same shots from home.
How the shot gets there
The electronic target sends it to Nexus Desktop on the range, which passes it to Falken's servers and on to every open phone or browser.
Limits
Live viewing needs electronic scoring targets. Scores are provisional until the match director verifies them, and private matches need a login.
