Major bump: conversations that include an athlete under 18 always include that athlete's linked parents or guardians, who can read them (section 5). Section 8 now describes end-to-end encrypted messaging as it works (Olm and Megolm on each device; Falken stores only encrypted text and public keys), replacing an outdated line. Added messaging device keys to sections 3 and 7.

Major bump: Falken no longer offers biometric face recognition. Removed face-vector data category, the Biometric Notice cross-references, and the IL/TX/WA + under-18 carve-outs.
